Ussen Technologies, LLC d/b/a RightHand-AI · Effective Date: September 6, 2026
Ussen Technologies, LLC ("Ussen Technologies," "we," "us," or "our") is a Texas limited liability company doing business as RightHand-AI. This Privacy Policy applies to the website(s) operated at ussentechnologies.com and righthandai.io (together, the "Sites"), and to our associated social media pages, storefronts, and marketing platforms (together with the Sites, our "Services"), including in connection with the sale of Claude Unlocked: An AI Training Workbook (the "Product") and any other training, workbook, or digital products we offer.
This Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.
This Policy applies wherever we collect personal information in connection with our Services, including:
This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that we do not own or control, even if we link to them or you reach them through our Services (for example, the social media platform itself, or Stripe's own site). Those third parties have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
We collect the minimum personal information reasonably necessary to sell you the Product, deliver it to you, process payment, and communicate with you about your order.
All payment card and billing information is collected and processed directly by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. Ussen Technologies does not directly collect, view in full, transmit, or store your credit card number, card verification code, or full billing address on our own systems.
Stripe acts as an independent controller/processor of your payment data under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. We receive limited transaction information back from Stripe — such as confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount charged, and a truncated reference to the payment method (e.g., card type and last four digits) — which we use for order records, customer support, and bookkeeping.
Like most commercial websites, our Sites may automatically collect limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring/exit pages, and general usage data (e.g., pages viewed, time on page), typically through standard website hosting and analytics logs and/or cookies. We use this information in aggregate to understand how our Sites are used and to maintain their security and performance — not to identify you individually.
Cookie and similar tracking technology use is currently limited to what our website hosting platform and any analytics or advertising tools we adopt (e.g., Meta/Facebook Pixel, if used for ad campaigns) enable by default.
When you interact with our pages or posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other social platforms (for example, by commenting, messaging us, or clicking an ad), that platform collects information under its own privacy policy and may share limited interaction or advertising-performance data with us (such as aggregate ad performance metrics). We do not control, and are not responsible for, those platforms' own data practices.
We do not use your personal information to make any automated decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your name or email address with unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. We disclose personal information only in the limited circumstances below:
We may disclose personal information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, or court order; protect the safety of any person; address fraud, security, or technical issues; or protect our rights or property or those of our users.
If Ussen Technologies is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of some or all of its assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy as a result.
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect the personal information we hold from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure, including relying on Stripe (a PCI-DSS compliant processor) for all payment card handling, limiting access to customer records to Jason Davalos as the sole operator of the business, and using reputable, mainstream platforms for hosting, email, and product delivery.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach of system security affecting your sensitive personal information, we will notify affected individuals without unreasonable delay and in no event later than 60 days after we determine a breach occurred, consistent with Texas Business & Commerce Code Section 521.053. If a breach affects 250 or more Texas residents, we will also notify the Texas Attorney General within 30 days. We destroy or make unreadable sensitive personal information when it is no longer required for business purposes, consistent with Texas Business & Commerce Code Section 521.052.
We retain your order and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain accounting and tax records as required under applicable law, to respond to support or refund requests, and to comply with our legal obligations. If you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we retain your email as necessary to honor that suppression and to fulfill any purchase already made, but we stop sending you promotional messages.
If you have opted in to receive marketing or promotional email from us, you may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every such email, or by emailing us directly at the address in Section 10. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional emails, which we send as a necessary part of fulfilling your purchase.
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the email address in Section 10. We will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on your state of residence, you may have specific statutory rights under state consumer privacy laws; we will honor applicable statutory requests according to the law that applies to you.
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to such signals, our Sites do not currently respond differently to Do Not Track signals.
Our Services and the Product are directed to adults and are not intended for, marketed to, or knowingly used to collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
Our Services are operated from and directed primarily at customers in the United States, and the personal information we collect is stored and processed in the United States.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, and we maintain a presence on third-party social media platforms. This Policy does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, the privacy practices of any third-party site or platform.
